Yes I'm still here, didn't post yesterday as had a busy day and didn't have the chance to get on.
I'm still smoke free after a rocky evening on Thursday as per my previous post, decided to waver the storm and go to bed instead of sitting up and craving a cig and it worked for me!!!!!.
Day 13 will be upon me at 4pm today and I am so so pleased that I have made it this far. I've been thinking more about smoking over the last couple of days but I can assure everyone that I wont be feeding that Nicodemon and need to reach my next mile stone of 2 weeks tomorrow.
I hope everyone else is keeping up the great work and remaining strong and positive.
That's all for now folks.......

Hi Sharon, Well done on getting this far, more good days then bad.... Yeah your right "Dont feed the nico demon" let it strave, till its that small it wont bother you. Your doing so well and the time is now flying for you.
Keep strong my friend it is well worth it..... Time u treated yourself with your cash 4 ash ..... Kaz x x
Yes I have just purchased a pair of shoes in the dune sale which is my reward for not smoking and using my cash for ash money. You know me and shoes couldn't resist. They are fab and very me but not walking shoes hehehehe!!!!!!!.
Spent most of the day cleaning, looking forward to a take out tonight, a few glasses of vino and watching City beat Everton (I hope)....
Hi Shazie, one day to go to reach the big two weeks, well done.
Careful tonight having a few glasses of vino is exactly what the nicodemon will be watching for. "I'll get you when you are slightly intoxicated and have your gaurdeth down he he" But do have a good day and night.
So you are a City fan eh? mmm don't know if I should talk to you any more.
Kaz keep up the good work I might be able to buy another bottle of Fanta soon :).
Yes Jack I'm a big blue, runs in the family. Please dont tell me u r a ManUtd fan like my mate Kaz?....
I have been having a drink every night since giving up more than I have before, purely as a reward for not smoking and giving me something to look forward to when cooking dinner, so I wont be having any more than 2 glasses tonight, promise. I'm not able to venture out yet to the pub as I dont feel strong enough and really hating staying in but just cann't yet. But not going out and not spending on cigs is definately helping the bank balance!!!!!
Well done to all the people on day 13 i am even giving myself a pat on the back and as someone else posted Write on a calendar the days you been smoke free it is motivating when you see how long you have been smoke free.
I Dont feel depresssed and i am not eating any more than normal, guess too busy with work and stuff to even think about it. Try train your brain to focus on something as soon as a craving starts and Say to yourself do i really want to start smoking again? do i want to smell disgusting? and lastly do i really want to die younger?
