Hi folks,
Day 11 for me just begun..... Not feeling as up beat as I write this and like i have for the last couple of days, it's not that i'm having a craving but I just feel a bit vulnerable if that makes sense?, like somethings missing. Maybe it's beacuse i'm nearing Friday and weekend and I remember not feeling great last Friday, who knows??!!!.
Just waiting for my family to arrive for dinner so post short but sweet.

The thing that surprised me about quitting was the emotional rollercoaster I was on but it does get better. You are doing so well sweetheart, hold on to the rails

Hi Sharon, Know what u mean, U dont want a cig but u dont feel right... Probably like u say, fast approaching week end, and thats when most of us smoked more, but we dont smoke now. Its only weekend 2 so dont worry, u will get used to it....

Sometimes you will feel almost as if somethings missing- but this is just breaking associations and you soon get used to doing things without a cigarette. But yes, that one will happen, also the looking for anything to replace the ciggy (ie- chocs, booze, caffeine etc.) which sort of makes you feel a bit better but not completely cos it's not a cigarette.
They do pass though, but just to warn you!
