Week 3 Tomorrow: Hi I am new here and stopped... - No Smoking Day
Week 3 Tomorrow
Well done on your three weeks of not smoking.... I feel that's the hardest bit over and hanging in there now has to be worth it. Things should start to balance out for you and your quit become more comfortable and 'yours'
Enjoy the knitting...... any idea what your going to tackle after all this time?
I should pick it back up..... in fact I should pick up the half jumper front I started around this time last year
Let us know how the not smoking continues for you

Hi Again
Hi all thanks for looking at my post I think i am so lucky to be able to do this CT and know i want give in I think it has to come from within else we blame whoever made!!!!!!!! us stop and go back again health is my reason as I feel its now or never
Not easy but didnt prepare and think that when you set a date its to much trauma as it gets nearer I would have talked myself out of it but xmas morning I lit a cig at 9am and then decided to put it out and not smoke for xmas day and each day for the first week I just said to my self that I will not smoke today but I can tommorrow if I want to and 3 weeks later I am not smoking also read loads of really scary stuff about smoking and that helped for first week like on 60th of a gram of nicotine will kill you that blew my mind LOL
Does anybody quit CT with zero withdrewal????
My ode to smoke
I’m really glad that now I’ve quit
Cause in the past I’ve smoked some sh**
Smelly Hair Hands and Breath
Shorter Life but longer Death
Up the hills you’ve got no puff
Smokers cough that makes you rough
So pass each day without the weed
Cause only then will you succeed
So Bravo to all that now don’t smoke
Cause early Death is sure no Joke
Brilliant Jamangie - love the ditty.
I admire your manner of quitting - its almost like the accidental quitter. Well done!!
Thanks
Hi thanks Lilly may I call you that or would you prefer flower Lol
Yes thats a good description accidental quitter will call my new book that if you dont mind?? the one like alan Carr wrote and made a million and of course will pay you a bit when its published LOL
Its brilliant to have a site that guides you down the right path to stopping i only found it by chance and took ages to get logged on an posting but I am always the last to know LOL
How are you doing my first week was the worst I actually decided that I would keep my hands busy by writing and so that is what I have done it was ok till I set my ball point on fire and melted allover the new jumper I had brought myself as a treat for stopping Oh well they always said i was daft now I know I am LOL
