100 days is a big milestone to reach, sorry you're finding it a bit tough though, i know the pain, i struggled around the 100 day mark so i understand.

Things do improve though, i promise, even if you can't see or feel the 100 day quit vibe right now .. things do definitely get better. I doubted that at my day 100 for a bit.. but i'm sure glad i stuck with it.
