It's eigth days now - I'm an ex-smoker - not going back to that habit, ever. I work away from home most weeks, and this week, not getting dressed again just to go outside into the freezing snow for a fag has been bliss!! If I can succeed, anybody can.

Good going Mike,

I think I've had my Eureka moment this week. Firmly feel like a non smoker (don't like to think of myself as being an ex smoker). No real thoughts about smoking any more, no real cravings. I can't believe how much better I feel already on the health front.
