Ooooh well i never, isn't it plush??? Eeeehh that fire looks nice and warm... i may go and sit next to it and see if theres any cockle warming mulled wine about..... i know its only 1pm... but its a celebration.

*Plucks cuddly warm toasty looking cat from a chair and plonks self down in its place... pops cat on knee and contemplates whilst stroking*

Congratulations Zozie - a warm welcome to you on completing 2 Months and entering Month 3

The journey to this point can be rocky can't it? Month 3 is though, I really believe, where it can become easier and things settle to occasional calm and even forgetful moments regarding craves.

Having said that though, the little thoughts of 'just one', 'I could manage just one and leave it' do sneak in and around my thoughts. I keep my mind focused but it's not so intense and draining now.
