Well done, seems like lots of you are reaching the week 3 close together. Can't help with the patches as I did not do them myself, but is a small price to pay for been a non smoker.

You are doing great 2 weeks done already. The patches can be a bit itchy now and then, as you say small price to pay for not smoking.

congratulations

Hi Baz

Glad you are doing so well must admit I also havent used anything but think this way its not the patches that are keeping you smoke free

ITS YOUR WILL POWER

So keep it up and you will soon be in week 3 and then a MONTH its so liberating to be free I could fly to Australia now without wanting a cig

Mind one or two slight problems in that

A: dont Fly

B: cant afford it

Oh well sitting through film LOL

Not what you're looking for?
