Hey guys, i'm new to this forum. I've had my last smoke this morning i hope, at 10am. I'm now sitting here wondering why i've quit, but thats only due to my cravings.
I realised a while ago that i wanted to quit smoking, so i quit for 6 months a few years ago. But then i went back to it, for emotional reasons and wasnt strong enough to go without them.
I quit again a year after i started back, but that time only for a month. So now here i am trying to quit for the 3rd time, and i realised as well as using nicotine replacement, i could also get to know people who know what im going through, rather than sitting it through by myself.
Anyways enough wall of text, lets see how this pans out
Good luck to everyone who be trying to quit.

I'm on my last try, because I'm determined to make it the last one! Never quit trying to quit... what method are you using? I'm trying the patches this time - I've tried a number of other methods and this is seemingly working (although some days are more difficult than others and it's only been 8 days!) I just know though that I can't have another puff because that'll be me back on them!
Good luck - keep looking at posts on here because they do help
