I feel positive Jack, the advice you gave me the other night helped me a lot,I think in the past i made it hard for myself in the way of looking at people smoking and feeling jealous.I,v changed my mind to look and feel sorry for them, hope that does not sound harsh but it seems to be doing the trick.

Deano you are correct, when we look at them we can think "who the mug now". I was in a shop yesterday and one of the guys that works there had just been outside for a fag. He said to me you don't want to smell me and asked me how long it is now, when I told him he said "I wish I could do that I would love to stop".

So keep that positive attitude and remember there's never a reason for smoking just an excuse.
