Still here - 119 days now...

I don't post much i know, but just wanted to check in to say i am still quit since start of sept. I've been quit 119 days and it's saved me over £700 already.

I stopped cold turkey with the aid of some hypnotherapy. Reading the advice on these forums has also been a great help, so thank you.

Time certainly flies when you're not repeatedly filling your lungs with tar until your heart explodes, it seems.....
