Wow, I really can't believe it is day 4 already!

I am feeling positive today despite having to drive through the snow and ice to get to work and getting a little stressed!

Still having the weird dream - last nice I was being attached by Daleks and Darth Vader! Just bizarre.

Well done Hel on getting to day 4, I'm on day 4 too and I dreamt last night that I was smoking!!!!!!! just goes to show how much I was thinking about them yesterday.

I'm feeling good about it all today yesterday was the hardest day for me and my cravings.

Thanks Marg. I think the dreams are caused by the nicotine patches so if you are not using them then you may escape them!
