Woke up this morning and instead of thinking about a cup of tea and a cigarette thought of a sausage sandwich, I cannot remember the last time that I ate breakfast?...Feels good but I am worried about the old weight situation, that is the reason why I started again last year after 8 weeks.
Didn't have any bizarre dreams last night but did again have quite strong cravings between 6 - 8pm and again turned to the old chocolate!!!!, need to venture out today and find alternatives as treats and sip water when feeling the cravings coming on.
Wishing everyone a successful day today, however new or old you are to this site.
xx

Ha ha all that walking, think how many sausages and chocolate I can have... Think am getting a lift back.....
Keep busy Sharon trust me it will get easier, Day 3 is a very tricky day, but it will be worth it....... Plenty of water, and walk to work with me tomo Stay strong mate Mad Kaz x x
Took your advice Kaz and finished off the igloo in the back garden with Em, looking good but still thinking of the ciggies:confused:......HELP......Think I need to be busy at work so will def have to go back in tomorrow, snow or not!!!.xx
Day 3 for lots of us was really hard. I went through the process by choosing not to smoke for an hour, and then at the end of that hour choosing not to smoke for another hour or 1/2 hour or whatever time. It was not easy (i remember wishing for bedtime) but it will get better and it is so worth it, you are so worth it.
Remember your reasons and think tomorrow you can post in the the 4-7 days room and then you will be onto a whole week done.
