Today is day 2 for me and how am i feeling today?, well more anxcious than yesterday, hope this go away?, thought yesterday would have been harder.
After half hour of being up and not having my patch on did have cravings of wanting a cigarette however feeling ok now after putting the patch on. I suppose I was busy yesterday what with work etc but today due to the bad weather and being snowed in I'm unable to get into work so just lounging about, but i'll have to keep busy to keep my mind off smoking.
Had some funny dreams last night even though I didn't have a patch on during the night, but I beleive this is common, how long can I expect this to last?.
Feel really proud of doing a day do far or should I say 41 hours!!!!!.
Off with family to make snowmen and enjoy the 8 inchs of snow.

Day 2 was the hardest day so far for me but you will get through. Just think "why would I smoke today and have to go through all this again" thats what keeps me away from them.
I'm on day 4 now and feeling very proud that I've got this far. Mornings are always so much easier I find, then it gets to about 5 and I start craving.
Thanks for you post, yes I agree mornings are easier even though I did want one this monring but I noticed the same last night I did want one about 5ish till about 8 but then it went, however I did hit the chocolate as a substitute which is very naughty!!!!.
Congratulations on getting to day 4 and keep up the great work.xx
You're doing just fine it will soon start to get a little easier for you these first few days can be the very devil at times but thay pass as will all the things you feel right now even the dreams
Be proud of every day you notch up and before you know it you'll be counting weeks and then months
Every hour to me is a big plus and I'm sure with yourself and all the other people on this forum will give me the motivation and encouragement to fight the evil cigarettes.
:pYeah Sharon quite normal to have weird dreams, for me they lasted all the time I was on patches, but as the strength of the patches reduces usually the dreams get less... Some are really freaky though I agree...
The famous "3s" is something u may see alot of on this forum. Most people struggled on the number 3s, ie day 3 and week 3 but u are more then half way there now and things will be so much easier by Thursday...Stay strong U can do this, and U will do this cos U are so determined... Keep busy to take your mind of the evil demons and drink plenty of water to help with the cravings & sugar free mints (but not to many ha ha) promise u, it will get easier... Kaz x x ..
