Isn't it great, it is that time of year when EVERYONE is giving up smoking.
For the first time I am in a position to give advice to these poor suffering souls. It is only early days for them, 3 days in fact, and I forgot how every hour that passes is such a big achievement.
I feel great now that I have got this far, especially as some colleagues who gave up are back on the fags after just a few days.
