Does a day count once you've completed that day, does it count in terms of nights or elapsed hours?

I stopped at 16:00 on the 31st and am therefore approaching 72 elapsed hours...technically I think that makes me on day 3 (I was thinking day 2 earlier).

I dunno...I need a sleep!

Hi Martin,

Congrats on entering day 4, I like you smoked throughout the day and stopped in the evening as have some others on here. Don't think anyone will be too bothered where you post.

I noticed that I consider myself to be quit for say 7 months on the 31st December however my quit counter doesn't consider me quit til 8pm in the evening - I'm the one who stopped smoking so I decide and I count from the morning - LOL
