Month 2 got me like that at times too. Smokey has a nice idea there with the idea of bed, nice and warm all snug. I'm sure it's all part of the quit and the last odd residue that comes back now and then to remind us.

Get yourself a good sleep, safe and warm knowing your doing yourself proud with your quit.

You did the right thing, sharing how you feel helps to get it out and leave us feeling a bit better. After all the Christmas etc it is normal now all is quiet again to feel a bit low, it's like the calm after the storm. There are some posts in "Other Symptoms of Quitting" section about feeling down, they might help.

I got quite tearful at times too. Also a stressful time of year, then January is a bit low.

Curl up, make some nice comfort food, I am thinking shepherds pie and gravy mmmmm

Get a good movie to watch and relax, all will be well.

I recommend Chicken soup, ideal for colds and feeling moo!

Hey Sue haven't really been on here today. I believe what you are going through is the emotional stage when we all want to cry. Want a laugh, I am finding myself watching movies that have a happy endings. Yeh go on laugh, it's a guy getting all emotional over a movie, NOT FUNNY!! I was watching the Princess diaries the other day. Boy don't we do some screwed up things when we stop smoking, one day we'll all look back and wonder why we got like this.

Can't talk through experience but I'm sure it will pass.
