When I told my son it was 5 months done and dusted....he said havn't you even had a sneaky one mum?? NO..... said I for if I did I would have to start all over again and I have achieved too much...... and I have lots of new toys with the money I have saved I smell better ...I look better (I hope)

OH is still puffing away like there is no tomorrow and I take every opportunity to tell him how much he stinks:eek:

The first couple of months were not easy....but it just keeps getting better everyday......I did pick up hubbies ciggies and put one in my mouth during a particulary stressful moment( a few weeks ago)....even lit the lighter....then I thought I am even gunna feel worse if I do this....so I screwed it up instead......so I have achieved something and am feeling pretty bonza about it.......Thankyou all again cause without this forum it would have been a lot harder for me!!!
