Hey Kay - good to hear from you. I was ok over Christmas, even with smokers around, but had a difficult 30 mins this afternoon. Don't know why, just the way it is. Ok now, and will be ok going forward.

Hi Dave, hopefully that little moment, as annoying as it was, was just one of those rare passing moments. Though, 30 mins is not quite a 'passing moment' is it. I guess the old habit will still make the occasional longer lasting last stand.

At least we know we can get through them and all is well again

Hey Pol - anytime I don't go and get those little white fiends is just a passing moment. As I said, I don't know hy, or where it came from, just couldn't stop thinking about the little ba&S^%ds for a while. Gone now - and I have smoked asince last year!!!
