:DWell I must say it has been an interesting journey - ups and downs along the way. i have finished with all of the withdrawl symptoms mostly - I have heart palpitations for some time however they have all gone now, however I do still have occasional chest pain...all in all I am feeling fantastic and do not have to sneak around trying to find opportunities to smoke.....
