Day 35 in the no smoking house... (say in geordie accent)

Morning folks!

Just wanted to say have a fabulous Friday!

This is my party Friday! Starting from 1pm!!! I am more excited about eating lots of food then anything else as I have been very conciously trying to eat healthy for a few months (have lost over half a stone so it works lol), but today is a day off the diet!

Have my patch and my inhalator, this is the sort of day that can scupper my quit, or has done in the past so will be trying my best, lots of moral support from non smoking friends and colleagues will help.

Wish me luck and if I am not too hungover I will check in tomorrow
