Bring it on... day 2!

Well and truly into day 2... (with a little help from the xtra strong mint!!) and going good! Tell you what though... Last night i didnt sleep! I was exhausted but just couldnt drop off... I also had horrendous indigestion, but for that I blame the TicTacs! Evil 2 calorie orange pellet of heart burn doom!

Today is easier than yesterday. Havent had an episode of screaming rage yet, which is good! I had many many yesterday! :D

Day 2 going well .....sleep will be funny for awhile but relax it will get back to normal ...... keep relaxed and you will cope with the craves better .... remember drink plenty of fluids to flush out the nicotine ... keep strong you can do this :)

Well done you! Remember it is normal to go through all kinds of emotions...... nicodemon wants you back and he's going to feed you thoughts that may make you cry, tantrum, or feel depressed..... you stay strong and remind yourself over and over that you've made the right decision and soon you will feel good again. Better even..... actually way, way better. You can do it!
