My First week smoke free !!!

I have finally made it to day 7 smoke free and I am so happy !! I feel so proud of myself and everyday is getting easier now, though I was sick last night after the Champix.. that was a first

And finally I started getting strange dreams too?? Since taking Champix I have been sleeping so well but last night was definitely different.

Firstly I dreamed of smoking, and this morning I had to really think if I had actually had one or not. I felt initally really annoyed that I cheated and when I remembered I hadn't had one I was chuffed.

The second dream I had was lovely I dreamed I was romanced (thats what it was!!) not an affair with none other than Colin Firth!!!! Swoon!! I did feel guilty when I woke up next to my hubbie this morning :rolleyes:

Well done on a full week smoke free I bet you feel on top of the world.

I've had a couple of smoking dreams, its crazy just how real the feel when you wake up isnt it.

Haha thats funny, I know it took a good few minutes to remember what I was doing last night and then I remembered I was sick :eek: so I knew it wasn't true phew
