This is the best place to moan, It has to be better than letting it all build up and eventually giving in and smoking.
We all know that is not a option so come on here scream and shout and get it all out of your system, There always seems to be someone logged in and ready to give advice.
I've had a sore throaght, ulcers, sore tongue, headaches...... and I thought quitting was supposed to be good for you. All I know is we have to stick at it and I'm sure it WILL get better.

Jack why not take just 1 or even 1/2 a day. I think you have shocked your body, firstly by giving up smoking, then by giving up Champix, do you have any left??

Yes ive loads of champix left, but i dont want to take a step back unless i aboslutly have to.....im just sick of moaning about it, its just one thing after another and its all i ever seem to do at the moment. its also not usual for me to moan im a just get on with it bloke.
Ive dicided to run a book with myself to see what ailment im going to have tomorrow lol

I know what you WON'T have A furred up tongue from smoking. Smelly breath from smoking. "Yukky go away, don't kiss me first thing in the morning your a smoker" comment. Nicotine stained fingers. Build up of staining on the teeth. Clogging up lungs.
Who knows what you may or may not get tomorrow Jack, maybe some of these ailments you'd have got anyway (being wet cold season) but give yourself a pat on the back for what you have achieved and turn that 
into a

All of the things you're getting are normal to us quitters so I really don't think it's because you came off the champix so quickly
I think coming off the champix has just made them seem worse does that make sense to you
Keep going Jack but don't be to proud to go back to the champix if you need to OK

True you have a huge bar bill and a sore throat but trust me that is nothing to the pain you will suffer if you are not standing at the bar on Friday when Christine and Co join us.
I know you are competative love but there are no extra prizes for coming off Champix early.

I've been a right grizzler (as me dear old mum would say) - but everyone on here is great.
I'm still newish - adn others know far more than me.
Its times like these thats gonna make it so much better in the end.
I aint giving in and EVERYONE will get there welcome champagne....especially if i can work out how to post a picture lol
