My goal is to expose myself to everything I can think of......where I would usually have enjoyed a smoke.
Just happen to be going to Mexico, so will have a chance to add this to my list. Smoking was always a big part of my enjoyment during a vacation. I am looking forward to the freedom in the airports and on the plane where I am usually going a little crazy because I need a smoke. I am looking forward to not going in the stinky smoke area's to grab a quick puff, or scoot out through security heading outside to look for a designated area. I'll let you know how it goes.
The fact that Hurricane Ida just passed over Cancun today, and I'll be in the aftermath does not make me want to have a smoke. YEAH!!!

Funnily enough, I never had much trouble on long haul flights (might have had something to do with the tranquillizers I have to take to just get on a plane ) although admittedly once I'd got through customs I was a dab hand at the trolley dash!
Hope you have a great time. The whole airport experience is so much better without having to find time and opportunity to cram in as many 'last cigarettes' as possible.
Hope you enjoy Mexico, I went a few years ago and it was great. Did a week of sunshine and a week looking at the Mayan temples round the Yucatan peninsula, Chichen Itza is fantastic if you get a chance to see it. Anyway, enjoy yourself and enjoy the freedom of not having a cigarette.
Have a wonderful holiday you lucky thing....very jealose
It will be so nice not to have to stand about craming as many cigs as possible and leaving it to the very last minute to go trhough security....I can ussually handle it but my OH is always straight out the door at the other end....dont think he knows what the luggage carousel is.....
TRying to book up for next year and looking at treating ourselves to a bit of long haul as a treat.....
