Another day! Nearly a week now!

I'm just starting out on day 6 and feeling great!

I only used the inhalator briefly just before bed - think my patch must have been running out.Hope everyone else is still hanging in there!

Hey Cat woman,

Congratulations on getting this far. Your definately over the initial 3 day period, so now you just have to hang in there, and it gets far easier I promise you.

Just remember though, should you have a single ciggie, your'll be back on them, possibly for another 2-10 years, so don't be tempted. You have done the worst part, and got up the mountain, its all downhill from now, with a few minor bumps in the way
