smoking dreams are quite usual. I've woken up in the past absolutely convinced I have smoked and been devastated. They do pass though. Well done for quitting, you wont regret it!

I've had not one but TWO smoking dreams now and I'm only on day 4! :rolleyes:

I just think of it like this - if I'm that guilty about it in my dream, AND when I wake up, then I can't like smoking as much as I thought I did!
