Well , here i am , week 2 and all is going well, I like week 2 but not as much as week 3,

Me and carpenters mate have been to the no smoking clinic tonight, we both came back low carbon readings, mine was 3 and my mates was 4. We both very happy as this is classed as a non smoker.

On a different note, i have been having very vivid dreams and broken sleep patterns since taking champix. I can suffer this cos of my ultimate goal but have to say its very weird.

Any way, heres my update, hope your all doing well on the giving up

regards

Hi

Well done on Week 2. I'm a day behind you and also on Champix. The weird dreams and disturbed sleep kicked in with me almost immediately I went on Champix. They aren't nightmare, more like very vivid replays of things that have happened during the day. The weirdest thing is that if I wake up, I can go back to sleep and rejoin the dream. It's like having a pasue button.

I too have disturbed sleep, waking up often in the night, which initially had the effect of making me tired during the day. But after three weeks on Champix it seems to be getting better.

Be joining you in Week 2 properly tomorrow (I hope)

Sue
