Well the first week is almost over! Been pretty easy so far, still get a few twinges but nothing major, they go away in a couple of minutes.
Im finding myself forgetting about cigarettes for hours on end now, if I do think of them I just say no thanks, im good.
I seem to have a lot more energy since quitting, don't get out of breath so easy or start sweating at work.
Wish me luck for week 2!
