Week 12: day 1/7.

Right i'm here. week 12 began at 10pm last night. time now: 12.25am approx.

No messing about, its easy at this point, i'm more clocking up days now its like free-pedalling down a 2 in 5 hill and its very manageable.

I would like to say its been a tough week, but no.. nothing i cannot handle. All in my stride.

Good luck to everyone else still staying true to their quits. Never give in.. never allow a smoke to be your answer to anything!

I'm just catching up with everyone's quit and notice you're now patch free and still going strong. Its brilliant news. It does get easier, doesn't it! I'm feeling great at the mo and loving every minute of my smoke free life.

Got a very heavy cold pretty much came on suddenly today.. so going bed early.
