Well made it to week 2!!! Not an easy task but made it. YEAH!!! Now, just need to get rid of these cravings (about 1-2 a day), ensure not to eat to much and start exercising again - WOW much healtier lifestyle then 8 days ago... Still very difficult but with time, when things get better it will be so worth it.

Sasha mate your doing so well to get to day 8 and cold turkey as well. Just think the cravings are getting easier and they only last 10 mins max so you can do it. Breathe and say to yourself RELAXED AND FREE

Well done you, i'm doing CT also and i can confirm it does get easier, for me the cravings have turned into just a passing thought of fags, rather than i want/need one. and i am sooo lovin passing people who stink of fags and thinking thank God thats not me.
