Good morning to all, D4 has now arrived, my brain has now been beaten in to submission this morning, with the ammount of mental slapping i have been doing:rolleyes:
I managed to sleep last night from 11pm to 4am without 'falling off the kerb' and the dizzyness has faded to nothing really must have been my way of getting rid of old Nic... although at 4am i was wide awake reading Clive Cussler, don't think my dear wife was to happy though, better get up next time.
Just to finish my ramble, i had the good old energy sales people at the front door banging on how they were the cheapest thing around, all i could think of was how bad they smelt, they must have just had a death stix before coming to my front door, thank me! for not smelling like that anymore.
As always folks, keep your chin up and as always you are stronger than nicotine, beat it, bash it, bin it. GOOD LUCK
Neil

Great to hear that after only 4 days of not smoking your senses are already THAT sharpened!!!!

Hi pdocherty
On D2 I went into my local spar, I could even smell a guy then who had just been smoking, so i don't think it's long before your senses start to recover. Good luck on your quiting day.
