can i just say you are always ok i have never known a day since i joined this forum two months ago that you have been fed up, in a grump or moan about anything you Marg are an inspiration to us miserable sods

Thanks but I have my moments now and then but not many since I quit I'm much happier than I used to be when I smoked then I had some real downers so there's another benefit of quitting
