Hi all been smoke free for 25 days and have been wondering a lot about other peoples experiences with quitting. When I stopped smoking I got the nicotine gum(4mg) and a big bag of tootsie roll pops, didn't use the gum till day three. I found it got me really weirdly high so I tried not to use it much. Used 6 pieces and have not used it again(day nine last used), just didn't do it for me. At any rate I'm still craving a smoke after the activities that I'm used to smoking while doing but its thinking about it not needing to do it so I guess I'm where I should be. Sleep sucks, dreams are waking me up although Ive only had on related to smoking. I'm eating more which I knew I would so that's not unexpected. I guess I'm posting here cause I think communicating about this will help me be successful. My biggest problem is how mad and how fast I can really get mad. I actually wanted to punch someone the other day. I've always had a temper but that thought caught me off guard. At any rate congratz to all the people that are doing well and a shout to keep trying for those who may be having problems. So any advice for someone at the point I'm at is very welcome
