Congratulations on 12 weeks quit KitKat
Only 40 weeks to the penthouse now it will soon pass.
thank you all love the pictures chrissie n bman lol , i am doing so very well, i am now chasing the butterflies & catching up to them. Still a bit shakey from time to time (on day 6 patch free) but getting easier each day...i can hardly believe it that i am not using nicotine anymore. Its been a big part of my life for so many years & i have never let it go.. even with previous quit i never let the nrt go. & even in younger days some of my friends would just not buy fags or go to bed early for the whole week so they wouldnt smoke coz like they wanted other things,But me no way the thought of it seemed so dreadful... suppose been that addict ever since........................
wot a lovely day now, after all the rain the sun is peeping through the clouds..I feel good, I feel alive. All through my life ive regretted things, but on this I have no regrets, its been a tough job but i wouldnt change a single minute of it, i am smoke free & now nicotine free & if i didnt have so many good people on here to help me through.. dont think i would have done it x speech over , round of applaud please x
ha ha ha colatyt love it, such a soppy speech lol x
