I missed your first post as i had my 'replied to' search on already showing that thread as past and it never got captured in my show new posts search either.. with so many posts i do miss posts now n again sadly.
welcome to the forum, theres a really good bunch of folk on here using varying quit methods and thankfully many of the folk who quit a very long time ago also post and share insights into how it can be much later on for us. Its very handy as its good to get a rounded opinion on what you are doing rather than you go it totally alone without a clue whats happening really.
I joined here after a google search and haven't needed another forum since.. its nice this one.
great job on almost completing a whole month..... day 28 was kind of magic in my quit..... the intensity of craves seemed to suddenly lift and from that day on my quit was very manageable..... hope the same is true for you! Welcome to the forum
Hi, i was delighted to have some replies, Friday nights don't have the same buzz at the moment Sat nights aren't any better) need to keep going but, the joy shall return once i crack this!!!..... i hope. I've had a few drinks since becoming a nonsmoker but i'm on champix and both times felt really bad the next day(not hungover, felt really depressed) anyone else felt this way?
