Right,

back on it and going well now, this is the umpteen time I have been here and think I have got a new plan.

I am NOT going cold turkey this time, trying an e-cig and getting decent help and support from my family!

Good luck on this quit attempt, i hope this is the one for you. Hope you make this attempt your best yet, and the one you get the success with that you are looking to achieve.

I've seen a few folk have issues with the e-cig but mostly to do with the lack of battery or power on it, so the following is good advice i think.. best tell you now rather than anything happen later...

E-Cig:

Buy a second charger if it has a charger for it, just in case your one goes faulty.

Also get a spare battery or even a total replacement e-cig and have one on full charge always.

Never leave yourself without the method to hand and with a decent charge on it.

hey jane,

sounds like you've got a plan this time. Im always amazed by anyone that can quit cold turkey, its great if you can but if not there are loads of other good methods out there and I think its been said lots before that it really doesnt matter how you do it as long as you do it

we are all individuals and we will all find different methods to quit, different ages, times in our lives where it clicks.I hope this is the time for you. It really can be if you give it your all and it sounds like you have the support you need to help you get there.

Post often on here, cos ive found that although your friends and family are great , everyone on here is going through the same as you and can really find the right words to keep you on track as someone here will have experienced what your going through at any one time,
