Very nice!!! well done !!!!

You've done the hardest bits, now its just a case of staying quit.. managing your stress as you would normally anyway.. and staying away from the temptation.

I find the smell of smoke makes me go urgh now, and the sight of folk smoking does absolutely nothing to me.

I had to sit in my mums house the other day with her smoking across the room from me.. and you know what? the smoke in the room was giving me a headache.. wasn't liking that. I'll not comment to my ma about it, its her house.. but i didn't know smokey rooms did that to me til the other day.

WELL DONE YOU.. just keep chalking up the days.
