Just wanted to post that i'm doing fine, sun is shining and i am bout to take dog for a lovely long walk.

It is good to be alive, healthy, happy and of course a non smoker.

Hope everyone is doing ok, and if your not just remember tomorrow will be better without a fag today.

I have a border collie, which is useful when trying to quit as you can walk / run for hours without them getting knackered!
