This is my 28th day smoke free. I still feel like a smoker though but I guess I always will. Its tough but its getting better. My days feel awfully longer for some reason.

I'm sure that will pass.. still healing and it all takes time.

I know what you mean about the longer days though, some days time seems to drag, but i wonder if i'm just naturally tired on those days.

Hi Winston :D

28 days that's great well done you I hope you're proud of yourself

Sorry the days seem so long though but I think rhis is because you spent so long each day on fag breaks that you now have more time for other things I also had this problem with the days seeming really long at times

Love

Marg

hey winston - 4 weeks mate!!!!

thats good stuff.

yeah i still feel like a smoker giving up- but im hoping that it certainly wont be for ever.

i think from what the others say who are further down the line, this will all start to change and we'll get to the point where we don't even think about them at all or at least very very rarely.

If your like me then this might be a concept that you just cant concieve at the moment. I cant, i'm just going on pure faith at the moment, that what they say is true and is attainable if we just keep on this path.

keep going - month 2 a stones throw away now :)

Well done on your quit. You will think about cigarettes for a while, you were with them many times a day for many years, it takes a bit of time to actually forget but you will, I promise.

Keep up the good work.

Jackie
