That is my reason for quitting.
I have finally realised that I don't actually enjoy smoking. The taste, the smell, the stinging in my eyes.
I realised that after every cigarette I used to count down the time till my next one. Not so much I needed it, just, I don't know, had to have one????
I am on Day 5 and don't actually have cravings as such, sometimes my triggers such as after eating a meal set me off and I think, "ooooh I could have a cig" but then I think how far I have got and don't want to ruin my hard work.
