Im pretty pleased with how this is going. Took my 24 hour patch off at midnight to sleep and didnt need to put the new one on until 10am. Im also nowhere nearly as edgy as I was yesterday.

Im feeling a bit bunged up today, I assume this is kinda normal though right?

It can only get better, a lot of people get colds when they give up smoking not sure why but could be the bodies way of getting rid of a load of crap.
