I feel moody again today!!!!, I felt in a grump on waking up even before i put my patch on of which didnt stick too well so needed to put a plaster over it!!!arghh that little thing did annoy me today. So can you imagine the rest of the day. But im still not smoking, dropped patch strength but in a very bad mood............think i just need to have a talk with myself
