Thanks for that.. i have downloaded it and will definitely read later, i'm baby sitting today so won't be on the forums prob. til tonight, but i'll take a look.

btw, ashli, when i saw your post about day 1 & 2 etc, it inspired me to write a long post, but instead of just using it as a reply to your day 2 post, i've put it in the tips forum. Have a read, hope it helps a little.

Alot of folk have mentioned on these forums that i seem really determined, and i don't really know what i'm truly doing that is keeping me so solid on the quit beyond what is coming naturally and out of common sense to me. However i do have a habit of visualising things to make them seem easier and more manageable so do read that long post i wrote if you have time, hopefully it may help you visualise your early days in the way i saw my quit.. i'm now in my 8th week quit now, but i sure wish you all the success with yours.. and indeed anyone who is quitting too, would be nice if we could all say.. you know? we've done this!!!!!

Hi Jase

I will defenitely read your post, going to grab a cup of tea and sit back and relax and have a read, well done for doing 8 weeks you've done what 75%+ of the population can't do!

Will read it in a few mins thanks for posting :)
