90 days and feeling great!!

Got over the little hiccup of last week since stopping champix. Back to no cravings and the occasional thought! My determination has got me through. I just have to remember how frightened I was when my chest was tight and my breathing was bad. Now I have no chest tightness or cough at all. The difference in my health is amazing! I know these little hiccups will occur again but hopefully I am prepared to do battle and win!!

Determined is a good state of mind. Keep at it now, there are some things in life you should never voluntarily give up.. your health being one of them.

Keep it up!!!!!!!!!!

and congrats on the 90 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

90 days ... Wow! Congrats! I'm only day 7 but proud nevertheless. I am also using Chamipix.

For me, the last week has been extremely long but it is really getting easier.

Again, congrats and have a great day

Thank you all

Thanks for all the positive feedback. It really helps. CANUCK - Keep going from Day 7. I also found the 1st week hard but it did get easier as I started to feel the benefits. Have you given yourself a little reward/treat with the money saved from 1 week as non smoker? I booked myself little treats every week for the first month such as facial, and it helped to have something to look forward to.
