You've done really well, keep your stress levels down, take each thing you do in your day in your stride, and if anything begins to get a little bit :eek: just take a mini-time out to collect your thoughts. Main thing is.. keep up with your great effort on this, and soon one week too!!! (reason to be very cheerful!!)
If you DO get the urge to run the shop for a 'packet' though, make a pact with us first that you must make a post on here and unless you get 'permission' from at least 3 folk on here.. then you are simply not allowed If it gets to that stage, don't forget to take a time out, and do some nice deep breathing just to relax and you should be fine. Nothing is so bad that you 'need' a smoke anyway, don't give in to the illusion

Indeed but if only i'd paused before smoking my first one ever and had the same sense then? We just don't know at the time, til we are trapped. Thats why we are here, to keep that trap open long enough for us to get away
