Well today is day 5 for me and (fingers crossed) I seem to be doing ok so far. I have been a 20 a day smoker for about 15 (!!!) years and have recently started exercising more. I couldnt believe how difficult I was finding it to breathe when I was at the gym so decided it was time to take some action. I am using the nicorette inhalator which I find to be really useful, even when I dont put cartridges in it! Im finding the strangest thing to be that I am so used to smoking that I keep feeling like there is something I have forgotten to do.
Anyway, just thought I would say hello - was really pleased to find this forum as I think it really helps sometimes to have other people to talk to who are going through the same thing.
