Many many congratulations for getting to your half a year huge massive milestone!! However its painted, i'm sure the road to good health is now making itself quite clear for you.

So many folk i see making these posts of x amount of months, and i like seeing all of them, they inspire me in the moments where i feel a bit less motivated, and its a pleasure to see them.

Hiya MAH, thanks. I feel great now I'm not a slave to the dreaded weed, I'ts in my head I think that has benefited the most. As far as I was concerned I was a smoker and that was it, now, after 53 years I'm a non smoker and proud of it (as are my wife and children). I feel as good now as I did after one day smokefree because I'd never gone one day before (when I was able to smoke) if someone had said I would go six months without a smoke I'd have said they were crackers, you'll do it too because you want it. David
