Another Feb quitter here, and still going strong.
I'm still using the inhalator very occasionally, but no more than once or twice a week for a few minutes.
I think I've passed a major hurdle, as I find it very hard to remember what smoking was like!

3 months patches , 16 days cold turkey so far ,
Sadly still on the inhalator.
If I don't have one in the house/car/office I do not actually tend to notice. However, I occasionally get ancy and buy another one.
The last dregs of the habit need to be kicked!
Yup....time to get off it for sure, Trapper.... you have done the tough part, you're no longer smoking..... getting off the inhalator will be easy in comparison! You can do this..... stay around for a while if you need support!
Hi Chrissie,
That is the big problem with them! If you bite it and crack the end, then it tends to go nasty quickly. This means you have to buy a new one, which comes with six carts.
Endless cycle, which is what happened to me today.
However, I only have 6 left now, so I am going to blast through them this weekend, and be done with the thing when I go back to work on Wednesday.
A big factor with my smoking was 10:30am each work day. That was when I'd nip off site for a smoke. When I stopped noticing that, that's when I knew I'd kicked the cigarette habit. Now I just need to kick the tooter habit!
Still, I can hardly complain. Those little pipes have probably helped add years to my life.
Hows it going trapper?
