Hi Bman :D

Feeling a little anger is normal on these very early days

Just hang in there those little steps all add up and will get you where you want to be

I didn't need a calming whale noise tape, i just stayed up one hour later than the missus when trying to go sleep. Saved me money that did.

*Ouch*

No seriously, the moods are gonna be there, and sometimes you feel your not in control of them either.. the main thing is to 'eventually' recognise them and try to calm your way through them. Just know and understand that no matter how bad those moods get, the answer is not to ever go back to a smoke. nicotine is the reason for all this erraticness/moodiness, not the answer to it.

The moods pass, and your toleration gets better too. We aint ogres for long :)
