Hi everyone! Hope you're all well! I've not been on for a while now.... just got back from vacation..... used to smoke like crazy on holidays before and I thought of smoking quite a bit.... but it was easy to resist

I felt so lost the first few months in my quit, often not knowing what the heck to do with myself.... so I came on here to look for support and support others..... hours I spent on this forum I never, never thought I would be ready to move on but I am.....

For you newbies..... it gets easier and you will forget all about your struggles soon and enjoy being non smokers (if you do not yet). I NEVER thought I could do this thinking of myself as a confirmed smoker..... I'm still surprised I hate cliches but here is one for you: If I can do it, you can!
